This piece was originally designed and submitted as a 6ft by 8ft stretched canvas to the Royal Academy of London Summer Exhibition in 2017 after the artist first learnt about Bitcoin and how its technology would change the world. This print includes a certificate of authenticity with the artists signature.

Artworks in a limited edition have a set number of prints available for each size offered. For example the 26” x 38” size edition, “Why Bitcoin is Important" by Daryl Kelly comes in a limited edition of only 50 prints. Once all 50 of the prints in this edition size have sold out, there will be no other prints of“Why Bitcoin is Important"available in the size of 26 inches high by 38 inches wide. Limited edition prints of this artwork may be available in other sizes.

This piece is printed on 310 GSM weight Hahnemühle German Etching which is a heavyweight paper and has a slightly warm base tone and a strong mottled texture delivering a rich matt finish. It creates a print with strong colours and deep blacks that feel rich and high in contrast. This is due to the texture of the paper enabling it to hold more ink and capture the light. The German Etching is one of our heavier weight Giclée art printing papers. With its weight and strong texture this paper gives an artwork a handmade crafted feel.
