While we have seen some improvements since last month, please still be prepared for delays if purchasing from the USA.
Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual until things get back to normal. Parts of America are starting to see spikes again and going into a second lock down phase.
The USA is unfortunately recovering more slowly than the EU and hence customers from the USA should be aware of potential delays when receiving their products.

Be prepared for delays.
Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
The USA is unfortunately recovering more slowly than the EU and hence customers from the USA should be aware of potential delays when receiving their products.

This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality. We'll continue to share information on this page, so check back often.
Along with the safety of our employees, our priority is to continue to promote the mainstream adoption of Bitcoin through creative collaborations and given the current state of global markets Bitcoin has never been more relevant or important.
We're partnering with backup facilities to help us manage order volume, and we're routing orders to wherever they can be fulfilled most efficiently. As of now, we're working with 8 backup facilities in the US, Europe, and Australia, and we're looking for more options.
We are continuing to fulfill as much as we can at our facilities. Our branches in NC and LA are operating at basic capacity, and our EU and MX branches are operating as normal. All branches are practicing extra safety measures.
Our products are made to order and due to COVID we're seeing longer than usual fulfillment and shipping times which is common industry-wide at this time. Our support team is working hard to keep up with increased customer questions. If you have ordered from us and would like to check the status of your shipment, please email us on info@bitcoinmovement.com and include your order number.
